Cash Management Advantages

As a Cash Management customer of ABB, we assist you in managing your liquidity on a daily basis. With this service, we invest your bank’s excess funds in our Agency Fed Funds Program based on your target balance or we draw on your bank’s established fed funds line of credit to cover any negative end-of-day balance that you might incur. This ensures that your daily cash position will be settled without the back office hassle.

Some of the advantages include:
  • Fast and easy operations;
  • Competitve availability;
  • Increasing profitability by maximizing the use of funds which are swept daily from your account and placed in overnight fed fund investments;
  • No reserve requirement, giving you higher levels of earning assets;
  • Reduction in staff time required to maintain a system to monitor your banks funds position;
  • Elimination of the occasional situation where someone was out of your bank or a credit was not invested.
